1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or my services.

2. Services

Handy Heroes provides handyman and home repair services to residential and commercial clients in Central MA and More. The specific scope of any job will be agreed upon before work begins.

3. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are provided before work begins, either by phone or in person.
• Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the request. If the scope of the job changes once work begins, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
• I will always communicate any changes in cost before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Jobs are scheduled based on availability after we speak by phone.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
• I reserve the right to reschedule in the event of an emergency or circumstances outside my control. I will always communicate this as early as possible.

5. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.
• For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before work begins. This will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

6. Satisfaction & Warranty

• I take pride in the quality of my work. If you are not satisfied with a completed job, please contact me within 7 days and I will make it right.
• My workmanship warranty covers the labor performed. It does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, materials supplied by the client, or misuse after the job is completed.
• Manufacturer warranties on materials or products are separate and subject to the terms of those manufacturers.

7. Client Responsibilities

To help me do the job properly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the job when submitting a request
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Disclose any known hazards, utilities, or conditions that may affect the work
• Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment

8. Limitation of Liability

Handy Heroes is fully insured. However, my liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, conditions that were not disclosed prior to the job, or issues arising from materials supplied by the client.

9. Website Use

The content on this website — including text, images, and logos — is the property of Handy Heroes and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. This website is provided for informational purposes only. Submitting a contact form does not guarantee service or constitute a binding agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or my services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Worcester County, MA.
